This policy covers this website and the enquiry forms of Female With A Plan, the architecture and interior design studio of Shefali Gurav ("the studio", "we"), based in Navi Mumbai.

What we collect

Enquiry forms on Instagram and Facebook. When you fill in our form on Instagram or Facebook, Meta passes us your name, phone number and the answers you chose: the kind of space, locality, ownership, possession stage, budget range, what you need and when you would like to start.

The form on this website. It does not send anything to us or store anything. It writes your answers into a WhatsApp message, and only if you press send in WhatsApp do we receive it, with your WhatsApp name and number.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry: to call or message you about your project, arrange a site visit and send a quote. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Who sees it

The studio, and Leogo Designs, who run our advertising and keep the enquiry list for us. Enquiries are kept in a private spreadsheet that only the two of us can open. Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp handle your data under Meta's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

For up to two years after your last conversation with us, so we can follow up on a project. If you become a client, project records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Message us on Instagram at @femalewithaplan and we will do it within 30 days.
